Fill out the program form to join a waiting list for UNI's programs for ages 14-24. Programs for this age group prepare students for real-world work experiences by providing meaningful year round opportunity. 

Click below if you are interested in having your child participate in after school programming (Homework Help, 9th Grade Counts!), summer programming (Summer Discovery), or Earn-a-bike. This form can be completed for up to 5 participants under 18 residing in the same household. Eligibility requirements vary by program and will be discussed prior to enrollment.
