Youth Development

We build capacity for impact with youth partnerships. We use community development activities to facilitate positive youth development. We deeply believe in youth voice and leadership. Programs are youth driven and/or youth centered. We take a strength-based approach with an understanding of the systems our youth have to navigate. We cultivate mutual respect and mutual responsibility among youth and adults. Youth are equal partners in programming.
