Jocelyn AlmanzaEducation Advocate
jalmanza@unidetroit.org Jocelyn Almanza has been an education advocate for more than 5 years and graduated from the University of Michigan-Dearborn with a bachelor's degree in Children and Families. With her passion to serve the community she grew up in, Jocelyn has been a site coordinator for multiple programs at UNI such as Summer at the Center, Harms Homework Help, and Bennet Homework Help. Jocelyn is now overseeing all of our afterschool programs for elementary and middle school-aged children as the Education Programs Coordinator. During her free time, Jocelyn enjoys baking, cooking, watching movies, and listening to.music. As the oldest of three, Jocelyn enjoys spending time with her family and loved ones.
