Sharon Morton-Sims has been on the board of Directors for UNI for three years. She is a Member and Chair of the Finance Committee. She has been working in accounting and finance for over 30 years (20 years in banking 15+ years in non-profit). While working for non-profits, she has extensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and grant management and reporting. During tenure as a banking officer she was responsible for the bank's municipal investment portfolio.​
